Add integration test for the unfollow endpoint correctly removing the follow relationship and decrementing the follower count

Summary

The unfollow endpoint should remove the follow relationship, decrement the creator's follower count, and ensure the unfollowed creator no longer appears in the user's following list. An integration test should verify all three effects.

Scope

• Wallet A follows creator X; assert follower count is 1 and X appears in A's following list
• Wallet A unfollows creator X; assert 204 is returned
• Assert creator X's follower count is 0 after unfollow
• Assert creator X no longer appears in wallet A's following list
• Assert calling unfollow again is idempotent (returns 204 without error)

Acceptance Criteria

• 204 returned on successful unfollow
• Follower count decremented to 0
• Creator absent from following list after unfollow
• Second unfollow is idempotent (no error)
• Unauthenticated unfollow returns 401
