Filter data sources based on id

Some data source are less useful to have always around, and should be filtered. For instance, Gitlab is sometimes a problem. As a use (in the UI and the API, including in TODOs) I would like to filter out, exclude data source ids. This should come with defaults, like excluding GitLab.

Hi @pombredanne,

I’d like to work on this issue. I’ll first look into how data sources are currently handled across the UI, API, and TODOs, and then implement filtering by data source ID with sensible defaults such as excluding GitLab.

I’ll also add/update tests for the filtering behavior.

Please let me know if there are any preferred approaches or design considerations I should follow before I start. Thanks!
