Thank you for creating this tool. I am using it to create a circular Manhattan plot (see below). However, the chromosomes and snps are misaligned. Note that my data doesnt have chromosome 15.
Here is my code
CMplot(as.data.frame(shetSig), plot.type="c", chr.labels= sorted_chr, band = 3, cir.band = 5, r=0.5, axis.cex= 1.5, lab.cex = 1.6, outward=FALSE, cir.chr.h= 1, chr.border = TRUE, chr.den.col="black", file="jpg", dpi=500, file.output=TRUE)
