Plotting a section of a chromosome

Hi,

Thank you for a great tool, it is very easy to use and works very smoothly!

I am trying to have a closer look at a section of a chromosome. I created a smaller input SNP list, but when I try to plot it, the program plots empty space for the first ~50Mb instead of starting to plot where the SNPs start. The whole chromosome is ~90Mb, so it does seem to realise and stop plotting after the SNPs that I provided end.

Is there a way to focus the plot on just this region?

Sorry that CMplot can only visualize the distribution of markers across entire genome, it's not available to plot a local section.
