.github/workflows/FullPerformance.yml now defines the pinned correctness-first XPalm performance run, but the first successful remote artifact is still unconfirmed.
Trigger and verify the workflow, retained CSV/manifest artifacts, runner and Julia metadata, correctness-before-performance behavior, and documented regression interpretation. This complements the older benchmark setup issue #170.
