Reconsider from_status=true before freezing the API #202

Description

@VEZY

from_status=true is the main remaining compiler-facing boolean in the selector DSL. It means “read live canonical object status rather than a producer stream” and has special interactions with after, producer selection, and temporal policies.

Before freezing the public API, decide whether this spelling is sufficiently clear or replace it with a more explicit status-source form. Keep one canonical API with matching diagnostics, errors, tests, and documentation; do not add a compatibility alias.
