GetCellStr

Description

Function GetCellStr returns the string value of a cell in the referenced worksheet.

FUNCTION GetCellStr(
				h   : HANDLE;
				row : INTEGER;
				col : INTEGER): STRING;
def vs.GetCellStr(h, row, col):
    return STRING

Parameters

Name Type Description
h HANDLE Handle to worksheet.
row INTEGER Worksheet row index.
col INTEGER Worksheet column index.

Examples

resultStr := GetCellStr(h, 1, 2);
import vs

# Function GetCellStr returns the string value of a cell in the referenced
# worksheet.
h = vs.FSActLayer()  # handle to the first selected object on the active layer
row = 10
col = 5

text = vs.GetCellStr(h, row, col)
vs.Message('GetCellStr returned: ' + str(text))
