What's nice about editing a web doc is that you can easily make it media rich.
Currently this done trough uploads and links. Which is not how people add Gifs to a doc.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a /giphy
Popular gif are displayed in the dropdown
User can search via text
The dropdown shows relevent gifs based on the text
Hitting enter or click adds the gif to the doc
Just like images, the gif is resizable
