Feature Request - Specify days for statistics

Hi, I really love your app.

I am primarily using it to track my work time. Unfortunately, this means, that I cannot use "Show untracked time" in statistics as it summarizes the weekends as "untracked time".
It would be great to specify the weekdays that should be included in the statistics.
If this is not planned, intended or simply too complex, please close this issue.
