are these installation wheels cpuonly version?

I was wondering if these wheels are cpuonly installations of pytorch? or are they cuda versions?

We only have wheels for the Raspberry Pi (without CUDA) and Jetson Nano with CUDA. (Those are not supported by Pytorch)
Please check the PyTorch for wheels for PC with or without CUDA.
