Subject: [PATCH] chore(release): bump version to 2.0.0-b9

Cuts the pre-release MyHOME 2.0.0b14 will pin: WHO 4 dimension 7 zone
state, WHO 16 routing/status fixes, the MH200 and MH200N profiles,
status-request NACK handling and the Apache-2.0 relicense.
