Update the docs, See pr #798
I have added warning for image processing in openfn, See my pr notes on #798.
The PR is on hold because i have created an image processing adaptor that is under review. See pr here OpenFn/adaptors#1686. If the pr is approved and the adaptor is published that will change the direction on image processing docs. But if not then we can publish the changes in #798 which contain docs about Platform limitations on image manipulation
