NumLock is missing

The ZMK implementation has a NumLock key on Nav+[Y], where the current / is on Arsenik. This / key should be moved to Nav+[P].

The rationale for this is:

• [Y] is an extended position, more suitable for a one-shot toggle than for an operator / date delimiter that should be typed along with numbers
• [Y] is a corner position, easy to hunt-and-peck when using the keyboard with the left hand only (e.g. right hand on the mouse) — [P] is only corner position on 5 columns keebs only
• [Y] is less likely than [P] to be hit by mistake

There’s no obvious key for NumLock in the Vim variant, as both [Y] and [P] are used by NumRow.

Selenium’s web page should show the NumLock key and the NumLock layer.

Actually, VimNav-[P] could be used as NumLock… which would be a point in favor of keeping the current Arsenik position.

Otherwise, FnMedia-[Y] would be fine for both variants (Vim and non-Vim).

Good argument for FnMedia-[Y], which would work for both variants, and allow the hunt and peck of the left hand if the right hand is on the mouse, at least with the basic mode. Accessing the Fn layer is always more of a pain in the vim variant, but I assume 1) vim users use the mouse less, and 2) are used to accessing the Fn layer with more strokes (or dealt with that in their own keymap).

My personal feeling is that current ZMK implementation is fine (used for a couple of weeks before switching to VimNav + NumRow).

I have no strong opinion on whether we need a NumLock on the NumRow layer.
If we need one, then it can only be on the left bottom row as the 2 others rows are already full and consistent (and I guess that putting it on thumb row would prevent access to some useful keys).

I am willing to provide a PR to update the spec or the ZMK and QMK implementations (depending on the decision taken) when choice is made.
