As a starting point we can use the CONTRIBUTING.md of ergol and use this comment from quacken release:
Comme pour tous les dépôts OneDeadKey, on lâche très vite des rôles de membres ou d’admin aux contributeur’ices : même pas besoin de demander, il suffit de contribuer. On préfère avoir trop de membres que trop peu, et jusqu’ici ça s’est (quasi) toujours bien passé.
