`kasincludes` - a tool to parse a KAS YAML file and produce a graph of files that it includes

This will mean reverse-engineering KAS's file lookup logic, which is demented and very tricky. But worthwhile if I can get it.

Maybe I can also just parse kas --log-level DEBUG as it parses the config files?

A related tool that might be useful is a parser for https://docs.gitlab.com/ci/yaml/#include that generates the recursive inclusion graph. Maybe there's a way to do this through the GitLab API? It'd be really nice to avoid having to clone each repository ...

Maybe Python imports as well? (If import can't be found, style the node with dashed edges)

Something that's worth making a note of is which branch and commit hash each meta-layer repo is pointing to. But that's technically different than the includes: in the header. Maybe another mode in the tool?
