Bug Report
Bug Description
Main window plugin categories are collapsed and hidden when updating local plugin directory settings.
Steps to Reproduce
- Start the MAP-Client.
- Filter plugins by name.
- Open the Plugin Manager tool.
- In the Plugin Manager, add or remove a directory.
- Click "Apply".
At this point, any plugin categories that did not have a plugin matching the filter, will be automatically hidden. I believe this is because we don't show categories that the user doesn't have any plugins in.
If you remove the filter, the categories will reappear, but will remain collapsed and will each need to be manually expanded.
Expected Behaviour
I would expect the behaviour of the Apply button to match the behaviour when editing the filter. If the user has plugins in that category, the category should still be listed, even if the plugins are currently filtered out.
Platform Information
Windows. Tested in both MAP-Client EXE variants and in a development environment.
Screenshots
Before and after pressing "Apply":
