Wont place 2 slabs to make a double slab needed in schematic

Describe the bug

I'm using 1.21.11 baritone with latest 1.21.11 version of meteor , on a server with relative support.
I'm building an old mega build (converted) in litematica and after finishing the first layer of stone second one is (in some parts) made out of double stone slabs ,even with slabs in inventory the log claims i do not have the needed blocks. (yes i did check allow inventory). is there any chance i fix this by going to higher version ? or converting all double stone slabs to stone for my schematic ?

Steps to reproduce

1. 1.21.11 survival
2. meteor and baritone.
3. cant place double slabs
