Win10 Port: CF_PLACEHOLDER error 0x8007017C

- ✗ Stage 5 fails with CF_PLACEHOLDER error 0x8007017C

**Question:**

What's the correct CF_SYNC_ROOT config for the placeholder setup? My simplified port isn't replicating the full sync

root registration.

Hey, its ok, I figured out what I am missing

And the error i suspect its because I forgot FileIdentity
