The camera should work normally after updating to the July 13 LineageOS 23.2 build. The Camera app should open correctly, display the camera preview, and allow taking photos and videos. Other apps should also be able to access the camera.
Current Behavior
After updating to the July 13 LineageOS 23.2 build, opening the Camera app causes the phone to freeze and automatically reboot. After this unexpected reboot, the first boot attempt fails with a boot error. The device only starts normally after being powered off completely and turned on again. This issue also occurs with other apps that try to access the camera.

1- Update Motorola One Vision (kane) to the LineageOS 23.2 build dated July 13.
2 - Boot the device normally.
3 - Open the Camera app (or any app that uses the camera).
4 - The phone freezes and automatically reboots.
5 - After the reboot, the device fails to boot and displays a boot error.
6 - Power off the device completely.
7 - Turn the device back on. It boots normally until the camera is opened again, at which point the issue repeats.
