Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Containers are great an all, but the problem is there's a lot of boilerplate before you get going. This leads to projects doing important things late(r) , which may be rushe.

Better to achieve maximum verolicy quickly and automate the bording stuff.

As a developer I can enter a repo name (via curl or web form) and get back the repo address and hosted url of my container.
