Review getPointIdentity for general manifolds

In case getPointIdentity gets confused with "identity" element of a group, e.g. specific to LieGroups. What would the "identity" point for S(2)?

If getPointIdentity is the right name, I'd just like to document why we say so?

Okay, it's not exported yet:

julia> using DistributedFactorGraphs

julia> DistributedFactorGraphs.getPointIdentity
getPointIdentity (generic function with 1 method)

julia> getPointIdentity
ERROR: UndefVarError: `getPointIdentity` not defined in `Main`
Suggestion: check for spelling errors or missing imports.
