Subject: [PATCH 1/5] Helios Developer Edition: profile editor improvements and
 side-by-side installer

- Find All / Replace with results window, Go To, Replace, Replace All
- Ctrl+wheel zooms toward the pointer; side wheel and Shift+wheel scroll horizontally
- Replacing an image keeps the control size (editor only)
- Group (Ctrl+G) / Ungroup (Ctrl+U)
- Typing Width/Height scales contents proportionally; rotation-aware child scaling
- Bindings panel lists actions under Monitors alphabetically
- Renamed to "Helios Developer Edition", installs to Program Files\Helios Development
  with its own upgrade code so it coexists with regular Helios

- Profile Explorer lists every level alphabetically (display only)
- Bindings panel: Input and Output tabs merged; left list shows all triggers and
  actions, middle list shows the selected item's actions with input bindings and
  triggers with output bindings
- Every level sorted alphabetically, then input before output for equal names

Subject: [PATCH 3/5] Rename editor program to "Developer Edition" and install
 a desktop shortcut

- Profile Editor builds as "Developer Edition.exe"; window, Options and shortcuts say "Developer Edition"
- Installer puts a "Developer Edition" shortcut on the desktop, also for development-numbered builds
- Dropped this edition's "Helios Control Center" desktop shortcut so it cannot clash with regular Helios

 Developer Edition builds

- Bindings list: the selected device's actions under "Input", its triggers under "Output"
- Actions & Triggers list: device > name of the thing (e.g. "Hook Handle") >
  "Input" (triggers providing data) / "Output" (actions sending data)
- Tree keeps added/removed actions and triggers in step at any folder depth
- build.cmd "dev <version>" mode; GitHub builds count up from 1.6.1001.0 so new
  installers replace older ones, and the Release is named after the version
