Publishing new version of the Installer fails on download scripts update

Current Behavior

In the Installer Release workflow, the Commit and push changes step within the Update download scripts job fails with an error:

remote: error: GH006: Protected branch update failed for refs/heads/main.        
remote: 
remote: - Required status check "Lint PR title" is expected.

 ! [remote rejected] main -> main (protected branch hook declined)

Expected Behavior

The workflow should complete without errors.
