Subject: [PATCH] fix: grant SgtPooki admin on ipfs2foc

I'm the primary maintainer. Push is enough to merge, not enough to
administer: main is protected by a ruleset with no bypass actors, so
correcting anything already merged needs an org admin.

Already admin on atomicmemory.ai-demo, dealbot, and team-skills.
