Unable to import xml file

I am trying to load the Red Bull xml file that I edited and it keeps giving me an error stating: "End of stream reached with 1 bytes left to read." I haven't seen this error before and I had edited the Red Bull file already and it worked fine. Idk what I messed up in there but I looked through it and didn't see anything obviously wrong. Please get back when you can. Thanks.
