I found an issue with the official Tales From the Loop Core Rulebook Premium Module.
In Journal → Art Handouts, the images are missing on the following pages:
It looks like the issue is related to image filenames containing the Unicode replacement character ( � ). The affected files are:
farfarsl�ten1.jpgg�ngmaskiner1.jpgil�ndaring.jpg
These files are located in:
modules/tftloop-core/assets/art-handouts/
