Project hover glitch

I found this bug where if your cursor is like in between the hitboxes for the main bg of the home menu and the project card, it would go back up and down rapidly.

It wont show the whole error since its being filmed at like 30 FPS, but if you go to CodeTorch, and do it, you'll see the bug.
