rebrand: replace logomark with new artwork, drop hardcoded cost figure

Favicon uses a blue badge with a grey checkmark glyph; the login/invite/
claim screens use a simpler all-blue variant with a white tick, no badge.
README cost claim softened to avoid publishing a specific dollar figure
that drifts as the demo instance's usage changes.
