[additional limits and reward system feature?] Chunk specializations

Is your feature request related to a problem?

After claiming a virgin chunk, let the owner/team assign it a purpose. This would introduce a limit for a 'type' of worth for existing chunks, but unlocks an increased worth % value for certain things done in these chunks.

Each specialization could have associated objectives, cosmetics, or utility unlocks. I would avoid large passive drop multipliers because those encourage AFK farming and inflate economies.

Dependency note: the "cosmetics or utility unlocks" half of this overlaps #31 (trophies and titles), and the per-specialization objectives overlap the encounter engine discussed in #2 and #4. The specialization mechanic itself — assigning a purpose to a claimed chunk and what that changes — is specific to this issue and does not depend on either.
