Please update Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core assembly in central package manager to 23.26.0

I had originally requested it (#2593) earlier in February but found some bugs with Oracle driver, they have now fixed it with the latest version - 23.26.0

You have to update the central package, updating DirectoryPackages.Props to use Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core 23.26.0 version throws the below error.
The feed 'data_api_builder_build_packages [https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/sqldab/fcb212b3-b288-4c9e-b55a-5842a268b16d/_packaging/data_api_builder_build_packages/nuget/v3/index.json]' lists package 'Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core.23.26.0' but multiple attempts to download the nupkg have failed. The feed is either invalid or required packages were removed while the current operation was in progress. Verify the package exists on the feed and try again.

The central package is controlled via https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/sqldab/fcb212b3-b288-4c9e-b55a-5842a268b16d/_packaging/data_api_builder_build_packages/nuget/v3/index.json and it has 23.7.0

This is in the feed now, you should not see this error anymore.
