Configuration Help Needed for Bitcoin Setup

I'm trying to set up the Arch node but I'm confused about the Bitcoin settings in the README.

What I See in README

These Bitcoin settings need more explanation:

• --bitcoin-rpc-endpoint
• --bitcoin-rpc-username
• --bitcoin-rpc-password
• --bitcoin-rpc-wallet

My Questions

1. About the endpoint:

   • Should I run my own Bitcoin node?
   • Can I use other public Bitcoin nodes instead of Maestro's?

2. About username/password:

   • Do I make up my own username/password?
   • Or should I use Maestro's credentials?

3. About the wallet:

   • Why is there a testwallet?
   • Do I need to set up this wallet first?
   • Are there special settings needed for the wallet?

I would really appreciate some examples or clearer instructions for these settings.
