I think that's a great idea!
It would be good if the Control Panel icon came pinned to the taskbar by default; it makes it easier to have all the system settings applications grouped together in a control panel.

The Control Panel will be added to AnduinOS in 2.0.3. It supports: System Settings, Grub delay settings, Virtual memory settings, Secure Boot settings, Seahors, Firewall settings, Advanced network settings, User account settings, Yubikey security settings, Voice input settings, Driver Center, Printer addition, Scanner addition, Appearance settings, Uninstall applications, Flatpak permissions settings, On-device AI settings, Windows compatibility layer settings, System snapshot settings, Backup settings, and more.

Note that the old Driver Center, Yubikey settings, Swap settings, and Firewall settings will no longer appear in the Start Menu by default. This significantly reduces the number of items in the Start Menu. Instead, there will only be one Control Panel entry in the Start Menu, and these advanced features must be accessed through the Control Panel.

Additionally, many people have concerns: What happens to System Settings? In reality, our blueprint is as follows:

• Simple settings for regular users can be handled entirely by clicking System Settings.
• Advanced system administration requires entering the Control Panel. Regular users should not and do not need to come here.

This is very similar to Windows 10. Common Windows settings are found directly in the System Settings app, while advanced settings that require detailed management by IT or administrators are accessed via the Control Panel. Therefore, there is no major contradiction or conflict in the design language; in fact, after getting used to it over the past few days, I actually find it quite excellent.
